IMPORTANT: Any new building, building add-on, structure, fencing, etc. should be submitted to the Architectural committee and approved prior to construction.

Roads and Roadside Committee
The Committee is charged with the management and oversight of the maintenance and improvement of common areas.

Roadsides vegetation control
The HROA board and road committee is in charge of the general management of invasive vegetation control.
Workdays with volunteer owners may be scheduled all along the year for roadsides follow-up. The Calendar will be posted on the road page.
Owners can help the Association efforts by controlling smaller vegetation on their own property along the subdivision roads.
Owners who do not live here or cannot do the work are asked to make arrangements to maintain their lot(s) bordering roadsides.
Snow / Salt Stations ...
The roads are plowed for 3" or more of snow.
Emergency salt box for use in keeping the road free of ice on different points on Hunters Ridge roads. DO NOT SALT GRAVEL ROADS!!

Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee, at the request of the Board, shall actively seek the most qualified individuals to become board members and name those individuals to the slate for the upcoming annual election.
Three members (owners) are appointed each year, 60 days prior election, to search and nominate volunteers for open officers positions.
